These terms govern the purchase of Quiroesencia's services, whether through the website and Square's booking platform or at our center. By booking or buying a session package or gift card, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of our services: wellness, not health care

Quiroesencia's massages, rituals and yoga sessions are wellness, relaxation and body care practices. They are not health care, medical, therapeutic or physical therapy treatments, and they do not replace care from a health care professional. If you have an injury, a medical condition or an illness, please consult your doctor or a health care professional.

Before your session, let us know about any circumstance we should take into account (for example, pregnancy, a recent injury, surgery or a skin condition). Your practitioner may adapt the session or, if it is not advisable, offer to reschedule or cancel it at no cost.

3. Services and prices

The prices that apply are those published on the website at the time of booking. They are in euros and include VAT. We distinguish between the weekday rate, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays (M-F), and the weekend rate for Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the day before a public holiday (Sat-Hol). Services with no Sat-Hol rate are only available on regular weekdays.

We also offer add-ons for sessions (such as Tibetan liniment or balm, premium essential oils or hot stones), with supplements of €5 to €10 shown on the website.

The stated duration is actual session time. We set aside 10 extra minutes in the schedule to welcome you, talk about your preferences and let you change calmly afterwards.

4. How to book

You can book on Square's platform, which we link to from the website, by phone or WhatsApp at +34 621 217 595, or at our center. When booking, you choose the service, duration, day and time from the available slots. You will receive a confirmation email and, usually, a reminder before your appointment.

5. Payment

You can pay online by card through Square or at the center. Online payments are processed on Square's secure payment gateway, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Quiroesencia never sees or stores your card details. Invoices are available on request.

6. Session packages and gift cards

Session packages: a set price for several sessions. Their validity is stated at purchase (6 months from purchase by default). They are for personal use unless the package says otherwise.
Gift cards: let you give a service or an amount as a gift. They are valid for 12 months from issue. The recipient must book an appointment in advance, subject to availability.
Sessions from packages and gift cards are booked and canceled under the same terms as any other appointment (section 8).

7. Right of withdrawal

Appointments for a specific date: under Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), there is no right of withdrawal for leisure services booked for a specific date or period. To change or cancel an appointment, our cancellation policy applies (section 8).
Session packages and gift cards bought online: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of buying it, without giving a reason, provided you have not used any session. To do so, email info@quiroesencia.com with your name and the purchase details. We will refund the amount to the same payment method within 14 days.

8. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Each booking reserves a room and a practitioner exclusively for you, so the following terms apply:

More than 24 hours in advance: you can change the day and time at no cost, using the link in your booking or by contacting us. If you prefer to cancel, we will refund the amount paid minus a 10% handling fee.
Less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up: the session is considered used, and the amount is not refunded and the appointment cannot be changed. If the session was part of a package or gift card, it is deducted.
If we cancel for a reason on our side, we will offer you a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

9. Punctuality and house rules

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we will hold the session in the remaining time so as not to delay the next guests, and the full price will apply.

To keep things pleasant for everyone, please respect our house rules. Disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward our team or other guests will end the session immediately, without a refund.

10. Data protection

We process your booking data (name, contact details, service, date and time, and billing details) to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Complaints

If something did not go well, let us know at info@quiroesencia.com or +34 621 217 595 and we will look for a solution. Official complaint forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía) are available at our center, and you can also request them by email.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Granada (Spain).

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
