Each booking reserves a room and a practitioner exclusively for you. So if you can't make it, please let us know as early as possible.

Changes and cancellations

More than 24 hours in advance: you can change the day and time of your appointment at no cost, subject to availability, using the link in your booking, by phone or by WhatsApp at +34 621 217 595. If you prefer to cancel, we will refund the amount paid minus a 10% handling fee.
Less than 24 hours in advance: the session is considered used. The amount is not refunded and the date cannot be changed.
If you do not show up: the session is considered used and the amount is not refunded.

Session packages and gift cards

Sessions from packages and gift cards are booked and canceled under the same terms. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the session is deducted from the package or gift card. Packages and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, but you can ask us to change who uses them or the service, subject to availability.

If you bought a session package or gift card online and have not used any session, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, as explained in our General terms and conditions of sale.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will hold the session in the remaining time so as not to delay the next guests, and the full price will apply.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your appointment for a reason on our side, we will offer you a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Sessions that cannot go ahead

If, before we start, you tell us about a circumstance that makes the session inadvisable (for example, a recent injury), we will offer to adapt it, reschedule it or cancel it at no cost.

Disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward our team or other guests will end the session immediately, without a refund.
